Background: The frequent suboptimal efficacy of endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle biopsy (EUS-FNB) to culture pancreatic cancer (PC) organoids (PCOs) poses a major challenge in the advancement of personalized medicine for advanced PC.
Aim: To explore how to obtain appropriate puncture tissues from EUS-FNB and optimize the strategy for efficiently constructing PCOs, providing an efficient tool for the advancement of personalized medicine.

Aim: This study aimed to evaluate the impact of different ultrasound-guided nerve blocks on the postoperative inflammatory and stress response in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty (THA), providing a theoretical foundation for clinical application.
Methods: Elderly patients with THA who received ultrasound-guided nerve block combined with general anesthesia from June 2021 to June 2022 in the hospital were selected as a retrospective cohort study. Patients were divided into two groups based on the type of nerve block used.

Ultrasound-guided fine needle biopsy, also known as fine needle aspiration, of human axillary lymph nodes is a safe and effective procedure to assess the immune response within the lymph nodes following vaccination. Once acquired, lymph node cells can be characterized via flow cytometric immunophenotyping and/or single-cell RNA sequencing for gene expression and T and B cell receptors. Analysis of the immune cells from the lymph nodes enables the investigation of T and B cells that may interact at this site.

This study investigates the photocatalytic degradation of norfloxacin (NFX) utilizing Fe-doped TiO nanocomposite under natural sunlight. TiO-based photocatalysts were synthesized using chemical precipitation varying Fe-dopant concentration and characterized in detail. Theoretical modelling, centred on density functional theory (DFT), elucidated that Fe ions within the TiO lattice are effectively confined, thereby narrowing the wide band gap of TiO.
