Three cases of sclerosing hemangioma managed differently are described. Thoracic surgeons should raise their awareness of this benign slow-growing tumor in the differential diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodule. Radiographic evidence of expansion of such a lesion is not conclusive for malignancy, and should not affect its biological behavior. Intraoperative frozen-section histology may prevent unnecessary resection of lung tissue. Extracapsular enucleation is the treatment of choice for sclerosing hemangiomas.

Background: Intranodal hemangiomas are rare benign vascular tumors of the lymph nodes, often misdiagnosed as malignant lymphadenopathies due to their clinical and radiological features. This case report and systematic review aim to elucidate the epidemiology, clinical profile, and therapeutic interventions for intranodal hemangioma, enhancing diagnostic accuracy and management.
Methods: A systematic review followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines.

Canine cutaneous histiocytoma (CCH) is a tumor that originates from dermal Langerhans cells and affects particularly young dogs. The common spontaneous regression of CCH makes it an interesting model in comparative oncology research. Previous studies have indicated that anti-tumor immune responses may be involved, but details remain speculative to date.

Objective: To examine the clinicopathological features, immunohistochemical profiles, and differential diagnosis of sclerosing angiomatiod nodular transformation (SANT).
Methods: Three cases of SANT of the spleen, diagnosed between 2014 and 2023 at the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University, were analysed. Pathological features were assessed using haematoxylin and eosin staining, followed by immunohistochemistry with the EnVision system.
