Chronic migraine (CM) is the ultimate and most burdensome form of the transformation from episodic migraine (EM), called chronification. The mechanism behind migraine chronification is poorly known and difficult to explore as CM has the same spectrum of pathogenesis as EM and the EM-CM transition is bidirectional. Central sensitization (CS) is a key phenomenon in migraine: its mechanisms include disturbed neural plasticity, which is the ability of the nervous system to adapt to endo- and exogenous changes.

Introduction: Breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP) is an efflux membrane transporter that controls the pharmacokinetics of a large number of drugs. Its activity may change when taking some endo- and exogenous substances, thus making it a link in drug interactions.
Aim: The aim of the study was to develop a methodology for testing drugs for belonging to BCRP substrates and inhibitors in vitro.

Simultaneous implementation of tumor-associated macrophage (TAM) repolarization and immunogenic tumor cell death (ICD) elicitation enables tumor immunotherapy with high efficacy. However, the inconsistency of stimulation tolerance restricts simultaneous implementation. To address this obstacle, we validate that an HO-mediated regulatory strategy could achieve coordinated occurrences.

Xylanases require thermal stability to withstand the pelleting process, pH stability to function in the gastrointestinal tract, and resistance to xylanase inhibitors in raw materials to be effective in animal feed. A GH11 family xylanase originating from an anaerobic fungus, Orpinomyces sp. strain PC-2, has high specific activity and resistance to xylanase inhibitors intrinsically.
