The analysis and processing with the use of a special method of 54 direct observations and 342 case records of the patients with early postoperative intraabdominal complications were carried out. A method for syndrome prediction of the outcomes of relaparotomy has been developed. The syndromes of the most significant predictive value have been revealed: those of intoxication, respiratory and hepatorenal failure, impaired hemodynamics and electrolytic metabolism, hemocoagulation. Use in clinical practice of the method mentioned as well as the methods promoting timely detection of the intraabdominal complications permitted to reduce lethality after relaparotomy from 21.4 to 15.3%.

Background: Transperitoneal approach to robot-assisted pyeloplasty (RAP) have been preferred in the last decades because of the use of multi-port robotic platforms. However, this approach is linked to notable issues, such as pneumoperitoneum and lateral decubitus position, which is associated with potential soft tissues injuries, and it is a time-consuming procedure. Single-port (SP) platform was introduced to potentially address these issues.

Uterine inversion is a rare condition that refers to the collapse of the fundus into the uterine cavity and occurs in puerperal and non-puerperal conditions. Non-puerperal uterine inversion is particularly infrequent. Diagnosing non-puerperal uterine inversion is often challenging because it resembles vaginal or cervical tumors and pelvic organ prolapse.
