Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed a swollen lesion in the left internal auditory canal that was isointense on T1-weighted images, hyperintense on T2-weighted images, and marked by enhanced after the administration of gadolinium. A biopsy of the affected lesion confirmed the prostatic origin of the metastasis.
