Despite the study of BCR::ABL1-positive and -negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) providing seminal insights into cancer biology, tumor evolution and precision oncology over the past half century, significant challenges remain. MPNs are clonal hematopoietic stem cell-derived neoplasms with heterogenous clinical phenotypes and a clonal architecture which impacts the often-complex underlying genetics and microenvironment. The major driving molecular abnormalities have been well characterized, but debate on their role as disease-initiating molecular lesions continues.

Introduction: The dynamic navigation system (DNS) in endodontics presents a significant learning curve. This cross-sectional study aimed to assess the number of cases required to achieve consistent performance in DNS-assisted treatment of maxillary anterior teeth with pulp canal calcification.
Methods: A series of DNS procedures were performed on 45 calcified maxillary anterior teeth with pulp necrosis by a single endodontist who had no prior clinical DNS experience.

However, many health-related behaviors including eating are concordant in couples indicating they might share an obesity risk or support each other's weight loss efforts. The aim of this systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials was to assess the weight change effects of lifestyle interventions targeting couples in a romantic relationship regardless of marital status or sexual preference compared to individuals or no intervention.

Introduction Neutrophils that are at rest exhibit very low expression of CD64, the high-affinity immunoglobulin fragment crystallizable γ receptor I, which is also found in monocytes. Neutrophils that have been exposed to endotoxins or are infected express more CD64. Objectives The aim of this study was to assess the CD64 biomarker expression on neutrophils using the flow cytometry method and its comparison with total leukocyte count, C-reactive protein (CRP) level, and blood culture sensitivity test in the diagnosis of sepsis in adults.
