The step-by-step synthesis of the first oligophosphazenes having more than two types of side functions is described. These multifunctionalized oligophosphazenes possess up to four phosphazene linkages and up to four types of functional side groups. These compounds may serve as models for a better understanding of electronic delocalization phenomena in linear inorganic chains, and constitute novel cores for the synthesis of new dendrimeric species possessing several types of functions as end groups, at the level of the core, and within the branches.

Objective: Berry syndrome is a group of rare congenital cardiac malformations including aortopulmonary window (APW), aortic origin of the right pulmonary artery (AORPA), interruption of the aortic arch (IAA), patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) (supplying the descending aorta) and intact ventricular septum. This paper will analyze the clinical data of 7 patients with Berry syndrome who underwent surgical treatment in our institution and discuss the one-stage surgical correction of Berry syndrome in combination with the literature.
Methods: From January 2013 to July 2024, a total of 7 children with Berry syndrome were admitted to the Cardiac Surgery Department of Beijing Children's Hospital.

Purposes: The objective of this study was to investigate intra-articular distal radius fractures, aiming to provide a comprehensive analysis of fracture patterns and discuss the corresponding treatment strategies for each pattern.
Methods: 294 cases of intra-articular distal radius fractures lines were collected and clustered thorough K-means and hierarchical clustering algorithm. The demographic data of patients and the clinical treatment outcomes were recorded.

Intervention policies play a crucial role in promoting the green transformation of consumption patterns and reducing consumer-side carbon emissions. This topic has been extensively explored by interdisciplinary scholars. However, these studies have not substantially improved our understanding of how intervention policies effectively encourage consumers to engage in green consumption.

Gaucher's disease (GD) is a rare autosomal recessive genetic disorder caused by mutations in the gene. Mutations in the gene lead to the deficiency of glucocerebrosidase, an enzyme that helps in the breakdown of glucosylceramide (GlcCer) into ceramide and glucose. The lack of the enzyme causes GlcCer accumulation in macrophages, resulting in various phenotypic characteristics of GD.
