The controlled visible spatial modes and vortex beams with tunable properties are highly sought after in cutting-edge applications, such as optical communication. In this study, by utilizing a hybrid pumping scheme, we demonstrate an ultra-compact, 607 nm orbital Poincaré laser based on a diode-pumped Pr:YLF laser. The system can generate various structured modes, including Laguerre-Gaussian (LG), Hermite-Gaussian (HG), and Hermite-Laguerre-Gaussian (HLG), all of which are mapped onto a first-order orbital Poincaré sphere.

Background: Psychological safety as the key to mental health, not only affects individual happiness and quality of life but also relates to social stability and harmony. However, psychological safety is complex and multidimensional, with unclear internal structures and influencing factors and insufficient research on gender and age differences. Urban residents are living in an environment characterized by fast-paced, high-pressure, multicultural integration, and complex social relationships.

Objectives: We aimed to characterize a craniofacial skeletal phenotype (CSP) of adult obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) patients from a multidimensional perspective, exploring the impact of transverse skeletal discrepancy (TSD) on multivariable polysomnographic profiles.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective, cross-sectional study included 102 adult OSA patients. Sagittal, vertical, and transverse skeletal patterns were categorized on the cone beam computed tomography images.

Background: The concept of a Quality marker (Q-marker) has emerged as a crucial tool for ensuring the safety and efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulas. However, significant challenges remained in the identification and practical application of Q-marker, particularly due to the scarcity of reference standards.
Purpose: This study aimed to achieve a multidimensional integration of chemical profiling, target tissue distribution and in vivo high-throughput screening model to effectively identify the Q-marker of Shensong Yangxin Capsule (SSYX) and propose a linear substitution strategy for the quantification of multiple components.
