Bisphenol A (BPA), a prominent EDC, is extensively utilized as a monomer and plasticizer in producing polycarbonate plastic and epoxy resins, making it one of the highest-demanded chemicals in commercial use. This is the major component used in plastic products, including bottles, containers, storage items, and food serving ware.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a metabolic disorder characterized by insulin resistance, leading to elevated blood sugar levels. Exogenous insulin can counteract the diminished response to insulin and effectively controlling blood glucose levels, thereby minimizing diabetes-related complications. However, given the injectable nature of exogenous insulin, apprehensions regarding its safety and the difficulties associated with its administration have hindered its widespread and prompt utilization.

Background: A broken bur retained in the lower jaw is an uncommon complication that occurs during the extraction of the impacted mandibular third molar. The purpose of this retrospective study was to investigate the clinical characteristics of the broken burs and review our experience with the removal of the broken burs in these cases.
Methods: All patients, who suffered the broken bur remained in the lower jaw due to the extraction of the impacted mandibular third molar and presented to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2024, were included in this retrospective study.

Background: Mouth breathing is related to morphological and functional alterations in growing individuals. Understanding early events that can lead to these changes can prevent or decrease the need for orthodontic treatment.
Objective: The goal was to assess the prognosis for dental alterations evidenced by changes in the incisor inclination and arch width after surgical intervention to normalize the mode of breathing in growing patients.
