Introduction: Fertility preservation is essential before cancer treatment. When ejaculated sperm preservation is not possible, testicular tissue can be surgically collected by Onco-TESE technic (Oncological Testicular Sperm Extraction) to isolate sperm. We report on our experience with Onco-TESE in testicular cancer patients at the Rouen University Hospital.

Introduction: Ovarian tissue cryopreservation is a modern technique of fertility preservation, useful before using ovariotoxic therapies in the treatment of breast cancer. The aim of our literature review was to study ovarian cryopreservation experiences for women with breast cancer, to identify guidelines, constraints and results in the oncological and obstetrical fields.
Methods: We searched articles through the PubMed/Medline database, including all French and English references from January 2000 to October 2017.

We report four cases of grade 2 and 3 endo-metrial adenocarcinomas managed conservatively in order to preserve fertility. In the literature, seven other cases have been reported. We discuss the management of these cases and compared the carcinologic and fertility outcomes with fertility-sparing management of grade 1 endometrial adenocarcinoma.

Although insufficiently documented, the impact of radiation therapy on fertility should not be neglected in female patients. Toxicity on reproductive function is dual and is characterized by both mechanistic deleterious effects on the genital tract and partial or complete loss of ovarian function. Moreover, gonadic toxicity may be increased by the concurrent use of chemotherapy or surgical procedure.

The management of adenocarcinoma in situ of the cervix (ACIS) is difficult because it is often diagnosed in younger women who may wish to preserve their potential of fertility. Conservative treatment has been accepted as an appropriate strategy but interrogations persist as to carcinological safety. We report a complete review of the literature on this subject where conservative attitude appears possible but is associated with recurrence risk (5 to 10%) and invasive disease (2%).
