The potential association of milk with childhood obesity has been widely debated and researched. Milk is known to contain many bioactive compounds as well as bovine exosomes rich in micro-RNA (miR) that can have effects on various cells, including stem cells. Among them, adipose stem cells (ASC) are particularly interesting due to their role in adipose tissue growth and, thus, obesity.

The debate over legalizing medical assistance in dying (assisted dying) is ongoing, also in Nordic countries such as Sweden where assisted dying is illegal. A 2020 survey by the Swedish Medical Association highlighted varied perspectives, with 41% of physicians supporting and 34% opposing legalization. Professionals in palliative care were more negative toward it.

Support that mitigates the detrimental impact of adverse events on human healthcare practitioners is underpinned by an understanding of their experiences. This study used a mixed methods approach to understand veterinary practitioners' responses to adverse events. 12 focus groups and 20 interviews with veterinary practitioners were conducted and analysed using grounded theory principles.
