Ascertained in patients with hypertensive disease concurrent with obesity were higher values for arterial pressure (AP) over the day, absence of AP drop in the night ("non-dipper"), greater indices for the area and time over the period of twenty-four hours and in the day-time, higher rate of morning increment of AP as compared to patients with hypertensive disease without concurrent obesity.
