The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Outcomes Assessment Information Set (OASIS) compared with the Probability of Readmission (P(ra)) instrument for use in predicting rehospitalization during home care. Using logistic regression and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis, the P(ra) instrument was found to be significantly better at predicting rehospitalization than the OASIS case mix weight, clinical, or service scores. The area under the curve (AUC) for the P(ra) was .686 compared with .549 for the OASIS case mix weight (p =.010). Similar results were found for the OASIS clinical and service scores. The AUC for the function score of >/=2 (.599) provided the closest approximation to the P(ra) (.686), and the difference between the two was not statistically significant (p =.120). The OASIS function score could be used to identify at-risk home care patients without having to also use the P(ra) instrument.

Background: Advances in instrumented mouthguards (iMGs) allow for accurate quantification of single high-acceleration head impacts and cumulative head acceleration exposure in collision sports. However, relationships between these measures and risk of brain cell injury remain unclear.
Aim: The purpose of this study was to quantify measures of non-concussive head impact exposure and assess their association with blood glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), neurofilament light (NfL) and phosphorylated-tau-181 (p-tau-181) levels in male Australian football players.

Introduction: The implant disease risk assessment (IDRA) tool was designed to assess an individual's risk of developing peri-implant diseases by evaluating and integrating multiple risk factors. This study aimed to evaluate the IDRA tool to determine the risk of developing peri-implant disease in patients rehabilitated with dental implants.
Methods: A retrospective observational cross-sectional study was conducted, collecting data from 92 patients with 92 selected dental implants.

This work assessed the psychosocial risks of 124 workers from the plywood industry in Ecuador's Amazon region. Two psychosocial risk assessment (PRA) methods were selected due to their widespread use in Ecuadorian organisations: FPSICO from the Spanish National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health and the "Psychosocial Risk Assessment Questionnaire" (PRAQ) from the Ecuadorian Labour Ministry. Therefore, two surveys of 89 and 58 items were applied to evaluate nine scales and eight risk dimensions for FPSICO and PRAQ, respectively.

Piano tone localization at the performer's listening point is a multisensory process involving audition, vision, and upper limb proprioception. The consequent representation of the auditory scene, especially in experienced pianists, is likely also influenced by their memory about the instrument keyboard. Disambiguating such components is not obvious, and first requires an analysis of the acoustic tone localization process to assess the role of auditory feedback in forming this scene.
