As temperatures defy heat records, it is difficult to ignore the implications of climate change for public health, including impacts on population health more specifically. In short, climate change is happening now and presents an immediate hazard to human health on a global scale. Age-related health effects are an inalienable truth; physiology is relatively universal, and so are the ways in which our bodies respond to different types and levels of exposures to environmental stressors at different lifestages.

In this paper, the scholar explores the meaning of the phenomenon of feeling isolated as a universal humanuniverse living experience with the humanbecoming concept inventing model. For the scholar, the now-truth of feeling isolated is turbulent seclusion arising with sureness-unsureness of diverse affiliations. The ingenuous proclamation as a theoretical statement was specified in the language of humanbecoming as imaging the originating of connecting-separating with the chosen artform titled , by Edvard Munch.

These tend to begin with a case of an agent in a deterministic universe who is manipulated, say, via brain surgery, into performing some action. Intuitively, this agent is not responsible for that action.

Objective: To develop a domain-specific large language model (LLM) for LI-RADS v2018 categorization of hepatic observations based on free-text descriptions extracted from MRI reports.
Material And Methods: This retrospective study included 291 small liver observations, divided into training (n = 141), validation (n = 30), and test (n = 120) datasets. Of these, 120 were fictitious, and 171 were extracted from 175 MRI reports from a single institution.

Quantum computation and simulation rely on long-lived qubits with controllable interactions. Trapped polar molecules have been proposed as a promising quantum computing platform, offering scalability and single-particle addressability while still leveraging inherent complexity and strong couplings of molecules. Recent progress in the single quantum state preparation and coherence of the hyperfine-rotational states of individually trapped molecules allows them to serve as promising qubits, with intermolecular dipolar interactions creating entanglement.
