The management of ameloblastoma is nowadays well codified, requiring surgical treatment. If clinical and radiological aspects could evocate diagnosis, only histological analysis proves it, and permits to differ ameloblastoma from other facial bone tumors. Due to difficulties in Rwanda to obtain preoperative X ray computed tomography, the diagnosis and the management are first based on the clinic features.
