Endophytic yeasts are yeast that can colonize healthy plant tissues without causing any damage to the host plant. This work aimed to explore the diversity of endophytic yeasts in leaf tissue of main agricultural crops (rice, corn and sugarcane) in Thailand, by a culture-dependent approach.
