An anaplastic large cell lymphoma which fulfills all the criteria required for its inclusion among the soft tissue forms is reported. We point out in this case, in addition to its low frequency in adults, the severe systemic involvement of the disorder with out generalization, the lack of expression of the ALK1 protein, frequently positive in the generalized forms and the absence of response to polichiomiotherapy. We think that this case emphasizes the heterogenicity if the disorder on the clinical pathologycal relation ship of this kind of lymphomas.

Isthmoceles are defects related to Caesarean section (CS) scars, known to cause secondary infertility and interfere with in-vitro fertilization in women who have had Caesarean deliveries. The etiologies are multifactorial. Isthmoceles, similar to dehiscent CS scars, can be potential sites for ectopic pregnancies and abnormal placentation.

Local delivery of therapeutic ions from bioactive mesoporous glasses (MBGs) is postulated as one of the most promising strategies for regenerative therapy of critical bone defects. Among these ions, Sr cation has been widely considered for this purpose as part of the composition of MBGs. MBGs of chemical composition 75SiO-25-x CaO-5PO-xSrO with x = 0, 2.

Senescence is a tumor suppressor mechanism triggered by oncogene expression and chemotherapy treatment. It orchestrates a definitive cessation of cell proliferation through the activation of the p53-p21 and p16-Rb pathways, coupled with the compaction of proliferative genes within heterochromatin regions. Some cancer cells have the ability to elude this proliferative arrest but the signaling pathways involved in circumventing senescence remain to be characterized.

Cellular and gene therapy (CGT) products have emerged as a popular approach in regenerative medicine, showing promise in treating various pancreatic and liver diseases in numerous clinical trials. Before these therapies can be tested in human clinical trials, it is essential to evaluate their safety and efficacy in relevant animal models. Such preclinical testing is often required to obtain regulatory approval for investigational new drugs.

Liver organoids have been increasingly adopted as a critical in vitro model to study liver development and diseases. However, the pre-vascularization of liver organoids without affecting liver parenchymal specification remains a long-lasting challenge, which is essential for their application in regenerative medicine. Here, the large-scale formation of pre-vascularized human hepatobiliary organoids (vhHBOs) is presented without affecting liver epithelial specification via a novel strategy, namely nonparenchymal cell grafting (NCG).
