Objectives: Restrictive policies on abortion and gender-affirming care have increased in recent years, particularly in some Midwest states, and can have a disproportionate impact on young people. We sought to explore adolescent perspectives on such policies.
Study Design: We conducted virtual semistructured interviews with 39 participants aged 16 to 19 residing in the Midwest between April and June 2023, exploring participant reactions to state policies on abortion and gender-affirming care.

Aim: While manual vacuum aspiration (MVA) is commonly employed for early first-trimester abortions, its effectiveness in treating hydatidiform mole is still unclear. This study sought to evaluate the efficacy and safety of MVA in comparison to dilation and curettage (D&C) for managing hydatidiform mole.
Methods: We conducted a retrospective review of medical records for 198 patients with hydatidiform mole treated at Nagoya University Hospital between 2004 and 2023.

Objectives: During the COVID-19 pandemic, global health systems faced unprecedented challenges, as well as in maternal and neonatal health, thus this study aims to clarify the impacts of COVID-19 on maternal and neonatal disorders (MNDs), regional variations, and the role of economic support.
Methods: We have developed a counterfactual model integrating Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average and Long Short-Term Memory models to forecast the burden of MNDs from 2020 To et al., 2021, which was compared with the actual burden to quantify the specific impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on MNDs.
