Introduction: Fiber posts present significant challenges for nonsurgical endodontic retreatment, as improper removal may result in iatrogenic root perforation or even root fracture. Recently, robotic technology has attracted considerable attention in dentistry and active dental robotic (ADR) systems can perform procedures based on preset instructions, minimizing reliance on the dentist's experience. This case report describes the application of an ADR system for fiber post removal through an existing zirconia crown.

May-Thurner syndrome is an anatomical anomaly characterized by venous compression of the iliac vein by the arterial system. It is more common in women. It may be asymptomatic or lead to symptoms related to hypertension/venous occlusion, namely, edema of the lower limb.

Background: Medium vessel occlusions (MeVOs) account for 25-40% of acute ischemic stroke. The Tenzing 5 (Route 92 Medical, San Mateo, California, USA) and FreeClimb 54 (Route 92 Medical, San Mateo, California, USA) catheter is a novel delivery-aspiration catheter combination designed to facilitate aspiration thrombectomy (AT) of MeVOs. We report our clinical experience using the Tenzing assisted delivery of aspiration (TADA) technique with FreeClimb 54 for first-line AT of MeVO.
