The group of 117 patients (58 male and 57 female, age from 17 to 54) with chronic non-calculous cholecystitis was examined. The control group included 54 practically healthy persons. The motor-evacuation function of gallbladder was estimated on dynamic ultrasonographic findings of biliary system sorbet. The character of the autonomic regulation was determined on the basis of variability parameters of the heart rhythm. The results of the repeated dynamic ultrasonography of biliary system with sorbet on a background of vegetotropic medications (Atropine, Propranolol, Metoclopramide) have demonstrated that the variability parameters of heart rhythm can be used for an estimation of the autonomic regulation type and can become the basis of vegetotropic pharmacotherapy choice for the patients with chronic non-calculous cholecystitis and biliary dyskinesia.

The present study included 60 patients presenting with chronic non-calculous cholecystitis and intestinal dysbiosis. It has been demonstrated that the application of the 'Nor Narine' probiotic in the combination with 'Djermuk' hydrocarbon sodium sulfate mineral water and the pre-formed physical factors, in the first place the magnetic laser radiation, increases the effectiveness of the rehabilitative treatment of the patients. Such treatment resulted not only in the positive dynamics of the clinical picture of disease but also in the well apparent marked tendency toward normalization of the intestinal biocenosis, the lipid blood spectrum, the antioxidant system, and the energetic exchange.

Acalculous cholecystitis and cholangitis are increasingly being recognized as complications of AIDS. The opportunistic parasites that have been most commonly associated with these disorders are Cryptosporidium species, Isospora belli, Cyclospora cayetanensis and Enterocytozoon bieneusi. The authors performed a parasitological survey on the gallbladder tissue sections of patients underwent cholecystectomy due to chronic acalculous cholecystitis at the Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, Iran.

Materials And Methods: 73 patients of chronic non-calculous cholecystitis were divided in to groups: 35 patients were received treated only by the means of standard therapy (the control group), 38 patients were received a course laserpuncture as part of complex treatment (the study group).
Results: Influence laser radiation on acupuncture points was found to induce positive therapeutic effect, such as: decrease the durations of clinical symptoms, correction of motor function gallbladder.
