The results of the examination and 7 days treatment of the patients with duodenal ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori (HP) by rebeprasol (20 mg 2 times per day), clarithromycin (500 mg 2 times per day) and Amoxicillin (1000 mg also 2 times per day) are presented. After treatment the patients did not receive any therapy. Before and after treatment of the patients the HP sowing of stomach mucosa was determined by Clo-test and histological method. The adhesion of bulb and duodenal ulcers is marked in all 10 patients on the data of esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGDS) just after treatment. The second control EGDS (4 weeks after treatment) spending in 8 patients showed the adhesion of ulcers and HP eradication (in all cases). The research is continued. The obtained results on the adhesion of bulb and duodenal ulcers and HP eradication testify the efficiency of suggested scheme of the 7-days antihelocobacter therapy of the non-complicated duodenal ulcer associated with HP.
