Subclavian artery aneurysm is an extremely rare condition with potentially life-threatening complications, including rupture and embolization. This condition is generally the result of atherosclerosis, medial degeneration, trauma, or infection. We report the case of an 83-year-old man who developed hemoptysis due to the rupture of a saccular aneurysm at the origin of the left subclavian artery.

A 69-year-old man with chest pain was diagnosed with acute type B aortic dissection with the entry tear located at distal arch and a distal aortic arch aneurysm. Therefore, we performed debranching thoracic endovascular aortic repair 2 weeks after type B aortic dissection onset. First, the graft was anastomosed to bilateral axillary arteries.

Surgical thrombectomy has been established as an effective treatment for acute limb ischemia (ALI). Nevertheless, manipulation via the common femoral artery (CFA) to retrieve thrombus in the infra-popliteal artery sometimes proves less effective. Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE) is a novel minimally invasive angiographic technique that has been used effectively to treat men with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) from benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). However, applications of PAE for men with prostate cancer have been minimally studied. This review serves as an update on the status of PAE in men with prostate cancer, as well as a discussion of emerging indications.

Non-operative management is the standard of care for blunt spleen trauma in stable patients in the absence of other abdominal injuries. This is a case report of a male patient in his 60s who presented to the emergency room with abdominal pain 2 days after sustaining blunt abdominal trauma. The patient was haemodynamically stable, and CT scan revealed a severe spleen injury.
