The majority of lymphomas originate from B cells at the germinal center stage. Preferential selection of B-cell clones by a limited set of antigens has been suggested to drive lymphoma development. While recent studies in B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) have shown that self-reactive B-cell receptors (BCR) can generate cell-autonomous signaling and proliferation, our knowledge about the role of BCRs for the development or survival of other lymphomas remains limited.

In situ RT-PCR presents advantages over other expression analysis methods due to its rapid processing and low-cost equipment. However, this technique is not without its challenges. A protocol based on a capsule made from centrifuge tubes that offers advantages over slides is presented.

RT-LAMP is an effective alternative to RT-PCR-based diagnostics, offering high specificity, sensitivity, and rapid results. One notable advantage is the robustness of its enzymes, allowing for direct amplification from crude samples without the need for prior isolation of RNA. Colorimetric LAMP is particularly attractive as it eliminates the need for complex instrumentation, making it suitable for point-of-care applications.

Unlabelled: Pepper mild mottle virus (PMMoV), a from family, is highly contagious and transmitted by seeds as well as soil in nature. PMMoV has become a greater threat to capsicum cultivation worldwide. To develop an indigenous, rapid, and sensitive protocol for routine detection of PMMoV from seeds, the sensitivity of DAS-ELISA and RT-PCR was compared in the present study.
