Background: Interleukin 10 (IL-10) is uniquely positioned in the immune regulation of teleosts. Modifying the IL-10 pathway changes the teleost's disease susceptibility; however, there is no data on its post-transcriptional regulation. Trachinotus blochii is a high-value mariculture species.

Association of Ebstein's anomaly of tricuspid valve (TV) with tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) is extremely rare. Their coexistence is unique as they modify each other's physiology. We report a case of a girl child having this rare combination along with Diamond-Blackfan syndrome awaiting a bone marrow transplant.

MXenes are a class of two-dimensional nanomaterials with the general formula MXT, where M denotes a transition metal, X denotes either carbon or nitrogen and T refers to surface terminations, such as -OH, -O, -F or -Cl. The unique properties of MXenes, including their tunable surface chemistry and high surface area-to-volume ratio, make them promising candidates for various biomedical applications, such as targeted drug delivery, photothermal therapy and so on. Among the family of MXenes, titanium (Ti)-based MXenes, especially TiCT, have been extensively explored for biomedical applications.

Ultraviolet (UV) photodetectors (PDs) are essential for various applications, but traditional materials face challenges in cost, fabrication, and performance. This study introduces dimethylamine bismuth iodide (DMABI) as a promising lead-free perovskite for UV PDs, particularly in the UVC region. DMABI demonstrates exceptional device parameters, including an ultralow dark current of 0.
