Introduction: The Scale for Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA) is a widely used clinical rating scale in ataxia. Remote video assessments of SARA examinations are increasingly used to reduce variability through centralized ratings. Remote video assessments have a high agreement with in-person ratings, but the intra- and inter-rater reliability of remote video ratings has not been examined.

Objective: Infants are at a high risk of developing anaemia, which can arise from various causes, including inappropriate feeding practices. However, few infants attend anaemia screening programmes due to poor cooperation and being time-consuming. This study evaluated the accuracy of noninvasive total haemoglobin (Hb) spot-check monitoring as part of anaemia screening in healthy infants, compared with the conventional laboratory method.

- The study evaluates parenchymal volume analysis (PVA) as a potential alternative to nuclear renal scan (NRS) for assessing split renal function (SRF) before and after partial nephrectomy (PN) with warm ischemia.
- Preoperatively, PVA showed a strong correlation with NRS findings, indicating its reliability for SRF assessment (49.4% vs. 50.0%, P = .501).
- Results suggest that while PVA is consistent with NRS preoperatively, the efficacy of PVA remains uncertain for post-operative SRF evaluation after PN, indicating a need for further investigation.

Purpose: Compressed Sensing (CS) is an emerging technique to accelerate MRI acquisitions. The aim of this study was to assess the reliability and accuracy of cartilage thickness measurements in the knee using a CS-enabled isotropic 3D Fast Spin-Echo (FSE) sequence on a 3-T MRI scanner.
Methods: Twenty-eight tibial condyle sections were collected from 14 adult patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty.

Introduction: Hand grip strength (HGS) is an important measure in a physiotherapy assessment and for this purpose it is necessary to have valid and reliable instruments to measure it. In this study we aimed at investigating the reliability, validity, and agreement of the new hand-held dynamometer NOD (OT-Bioelettronica, To-Italy) compared to Jamar® hydraulic dynamometer (JD), the gold standard.
Methods: Fifty healthy subjects were selected; 9 trials for the dominant hand and 9 trials for the non-dominant hand were administrated to each of them: 3 trials of HGS with the JD in rung #3, 3 trials with the JD-adapted-grip (like the NOD one), and 3 trials with NOD.
