As a holistic nurse, the author uses the concepts and processes of exploring clients' dreams to provoke in them an understanding of life's issues, including illness and injury. Dreams hold information about spiritual realities, self-development, mythological archetypal themes, and the health of mind and body. Dream research and contemporary techniques for remembering and analyzing dreams guide the author in the work necessary to help her clients achieve health and wholeness through a deeper understanding of themselves through dreams.

Objective: Residents interact, collaborate with, and learn from nurses, advanced practice providers, and physicians in multiple specialties. Both positive and negative experiences in the clinical workspace can affect residents' well-being, their ability to learn, and their development into effective, independent physicians. Technical issues, as well as safety and echocardiographic results of this approach, are lacking. The aim of this retrospective study was to describe outcomes of lower mini-sternotomy to treat valvulopathies and other intracardiac surgeries.

Platinum-based chemotherapy in combination with anti-PD-L1 antibodies has shown promising results in mesothelioma. However, the immunological mechanisms underlying its efficacy are not well understood and there are no predictive biomarkers to guide treatment decisions. Here, we combine time course RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) of peripheral blood mononuclear cells with pre-treatment tumor transcriptome data from the single-arm, phase 2 DREAM trial (N = 54).
