Objectives: Current literature on imaging characteristics of hepatic inflammatory pseudotumor (HIPT) is limited. This study aimed to analyze the contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) features in HIPT and compare them with contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CECT) and contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (CEMRI).
Methods: A total of 83 patients with histologically proven HIPT from two medical institutions were included in this study.

Objective: This study aimed to outline the computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) characteristics of inflammatory pseudotumor-like follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (IPT-like FDCS) in the spleen and to link these imaging features with histopathological findings.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 11 patients (3 males, 8 females; mean age, 63.3 ± 9.

The baseline inflammatory microenvironment in various organs of patients, which is shaped by pre-existing conditions and circulating drugs at the time before viral antigen exposure, may affect the severity of coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) infection and the nature of its complications. Inflammatory pseudotumor (IPT) of the spleen may represent one such complication that merits further investigation. We describe the case of a patient, who was under long-term treatment with a tumor necrosis factor inhibitor (TNFi), for psoriatic arthritis (PsA) and developed an inflammatory mass in the spleen, accompanied by systemic manifestations.
