Introduction: Diffuse peritonitis is a serious disease with rather poor therapeutic results. Management traditionally consists in the surgical treatment of its etiology, combined with targeted antibiotic therapy and complex intensive care of the patient. The basic procedure includes the identification and treatment of the origin of peritonitis, followed by thorough abdominal cavity toilet, lavage and drainage.

Aim: To assess an efficacy of diagnostic and curative bronchoscopy in patients with purulent-destructive pulmonary diseases.
Material And Methods: Diagnosis and treatment of 34 patients with purulent-destructive pulmonary diseases including small-focal destruction (14) and lung abscesses (19) were analyzed. 33 patients underwent diagnostic fibrobronchoscopy (FBS) with brush and transbronchial biopsy.

The objective of the present study was to elucidate the influence of retinoid-based pharmaceutical products on the process of regeneration of the tissues surrounding an open osteal wound under the experimental conditions.
