A case of right atrial myxoma in a 31 year old female is reported which led to a typical history of syncopal episodes. The importance of echocardiography by two-dimensional multiscan and conventionel single beam techniques for the diagnosis of this disorder is emphasized. Symptomes, diagnosis and clinical course are discussed.
