Background: Ophthalmic procedures are increasingly being performed under regional anesthesia techniques such as peribulbar and incisionless sub-Tenon's blocks. The aim is to compare peribulbar block with incisionless sub-Tenon's block in terms of perioperative complications in patients who underwent cataract and vitreoretinal surgeries.
Methods: The patients who underwent cataract or vitroretinal surgery under peribulbar block or incisionless sub-Tenon's block were included in the study.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to report the management of chemoimmunotherapy-resistant ocular surface squamous neoplasia (OSSN) with iodine-125 (I-125) brachytherapy.
Methods: A 36-year-old man presented to the clinic with biopsy-proven OSSN that covered ∼70% of the corneal surface and extended to the 6 o'clock position of the inferior limbus of the OS. The visual acuity was 20/20 in the OD and 20/40 in the affected OS.

Purpose Of Review: This review discusses the evidence on the efficacy, safety and role of minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) in eyes with angle closure glaucoma. While cataract surgery remains the most established surgical treatment for primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG), the intraocular pressure (IOP) may remain elevated after cataract surgery despite open angles due to trabecular meshwork damage from chronic iridotrabecular contact.
Recent Findings: There is emerging evidence that combining cataract surgery with MIGS in eyes with PACG, though an off-label indication for some MIGS devices, can achieve greater IOP and glaucoma medication reduction than cataract surgery alone.

Purpose: Cataract surgery is a common operation, typically carried out on older adults who have many comorbid medical conditions. Many of these patients may be undergoing aspirin therapy for diverse cardiovascular causes. Nevertheless, there is ongoing controversy regarding the administration of aspirin therapy during the perioperative period, as there are concerns regarding the risk of bleeding problems compared to thromboembolic events.
