The application of the Internet combined with extracurricular running exercise plays an important role in promoting the reform of school physical education teaching and the healthy development of students' physical fitness. 2379 students of Guilin Medical College used the Flash Campus APP for 30 weeks of running exercise during the school period, and the Wilcoxon test and t-test were used to statistically test the data of 50 m, standing long jump, lung capacity, seated forward bending, height, and body weight; men's pull-ups, 1,000 m; and women's sit-ups, 800 m pre- and post-tests. The Z/t values of men's 50 m, standing long jump, pull-ups, and lung capacity; women's 50 m running, standing long jump, sit-ups, lung capacity, and sitting prone flexion after extracurricular running exercise were - 3.

Objective: The aim of this present investigation was to compare changes in transverse abdominis (TrA) thickness in a functional position with those in a less functional but more supportive posture and to determine which posture showed greater changes in TrA thickness between rest and during abdominal drawing-in maneuver (ADIM) relative to external oblique (EO) and internal oblique (IO) muscles.
Methods: Thirty adult participants with chronic low back pain were included in this observational study. The abdominal muscle thickness was measured in the supine, crook lying, prone, quadruped, sitting, side bridge, and standing poitions on a tilt board using ultrasonography.

Background: Biomechanical muscle properties, such as stiffness, can be valuable indicators of tissue health and show promise as a diagnostic and treatment measure for chronic low back pain (CLBP). The development of accessible assessment technologies, such as the MyotonPRO portable device, allows for the convenient quantification of muscle tone and stiffness changes. The aim of this study is to assess the reliability of lumbar erector spinae muscle stiffness with the MyotonPRO in healthy adults and to compare stiffness changes between prone and sitting position.

This study investigated the impact of joint positioning on ultrasound shear wave elastography measurements in the Achilles and patellar tendons. Twenty-eight healthy adults underwent SWE assessment of shear wave speed (SWS) and coefficient of variation in SWS (CV-SWS) at three ankle positions (neutral, 10° plantar flexion, and 20° dorsiflexion) and two knee positions (90° flexion and full extension), at two academic sites. Participant positioning for ankle testing differed between sites (prone vs long-sitting)-while knee testing used consistent positioning.
