Urological malignancies during pregnancy are exceedingly rare, with bladder cancer posing significant diagnostic and management challenges. This study describes a 28-year-old pregnant woman diagnosed with non-invasive papillary urothelial carcinoma, presenting with painless hematuria at 22 weeks of gestation. The diagnostic process included ultrasound and MRI, both of which confirmed a solitary polypoidal lesion.

Desmoplastic fibroma (DF) is an uncommon benign bone tumor that typically affects the facial bones, with cerebral cranium involvement being extremely rare. We report a unique case of DF in the parietal bone of a 28-year-old woman, notable for its rapid growth during pregnancy-a phenomenon not previously documented. The imaging features of this case also differ from all but one previously reported case.

Background: Cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome (CHS) is a syndrome of cyclic nausea and vomiting in the setting of chronic cannabis use. To date, only 11 cases of CHS in pregnancy have been reported.
Case Presentation: We describe two cases of uncontrolled vomiting in pregnancy due to CHS.

Background: Desmoid-type fibromatosis of the breast is a rare, benign, but locally aggressive tumor that typically affects women. Its presentation in male patients is exceedingly rare, and even more so following a cosmetic procedure such as liposuction. This case report describes a unique presentation of breast fibromatosis in a male patient, who developed the condition after undergoing liposuction for cosmetic purposes to define the pectoral area.

Placenta previa totalis (PPT) occurs when the placenta completely covers the internal cervical os. This condition can lead to placenta accreta spectrum (PAS), where the placenta adheres abnormally to the uterine wall, complicating separation.
