Objective: Laparoscopic nephron sparing surgery (NSS) can be performed by mainly 2 methods, offclamp or on-clamp. Continuous bleeding during the off-clamp method may impair the clear visualization of the border between the tumor and parenchyma, even though it is done safely in experienced hands. Therefore, some surgical modifications may be needed during mass excision and renorraphy.

Aim: To report two cases of colorectal metastasis from a primary invasive lobular breast carcinoma (ILBC) with different presentations while discussing the mode of diagnosis, immunohistochemistry (IHC), course of treatment, and response.

Background: Intimal sarcomas are rare tumors that typically affect the major vessels, such as the pulmonary artery and aorta, and are associated with a particularly poor prognosis. Intimal sarcomas found in the aorta are most commonly located in the abdominal section between the celiac artery and the iliac bifurcation. The descending aorta is involved in 30% of cases, while involvement of the ascending aorta is rare.
