It is well grounded for the application of a preparation from group bisphosphonates xydiphone is justified (reasonable). For treatment and preventive maintenance of a tooth stone for want of periodontal inflammation. Is shown on 30 patients with acute parodontitis and at 10--with gingivitis (in a stage of a peaking), that the application of xydiphone will neutralize an alkaline response having a place up to treatment, due to what it(he) exhibits antiseptic of a property. Xydiphone, linking ionized Ca and free Fe, simultaneously hinders with activation of free--radical oxidation, reduces blood-flux and blocks process of crystallization.

Background: Several foot models have been developed to estimate the behaviors of the plantar aponeurosis (PA) during movements. However, these models did not consider the actual path of the PA, and their validity remains insufficiently investigated due to the absence of direct PA measurement during movements.
Research Question: Would developing a foot model that considers the actual path of the PA improve the accuracy of estimating the PA behavior during movements?
Methods: The foot model was developed based on the CT scans of the six feet with 20 markers attached.

Background: Mutations in the structural domain of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) kinase represent a critical pathogenetic factor in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Small-molecule EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) serve as first-line therapeutic agents for the treatment of EGFR-mutated NSCLC. But the resistance mutations of EGFR restrict the clinical application of EGFR-TKIs.

Introduction: Understanding the diverse pathogenetic pathways in obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is crucial for improving outcomes. microRNA (miRNA) profiling is a promising strategy for elucidating these mechanisms.
Objective: To characterize the pathogenetic pathways linked to OSA through the integration of miRNA profiles, machine learning (ML) and bioinformatics.

Objective: To compare structural alterations in the brains of Meige syndrome (MS) patients with those of healthy controls (HCs) by using surface-based morphometry (SBM) and compare structural differences between the brains of MS patients with sleep disorders and those of MS patients without sleep disorders.
Methods: We investigated cortical surface parameters in 42 MS patients and 30 HCs. T1-weighted images were acquired and processed using CAT12 to perform vertexwise between-group comparisons of cortical thickness, gyrification, cortical complexity and sulcus depth with validated quality control protocols.

Integrin α6β4 subunits and type XVII collagen are critical transmembrane proteins involved in cell-matrix adhesion in skin, while laminin 332 serves as their ligand in the basement membrane zone (BMZ). Those proteins contribute to the composition of hemidesmosomes (HDs) and pathogenic variants in their corresponding genes cause junctional epidermolysis bullosa (JEB). Although the genotype-phenotype relationships in JEB have been extensively studied, the pathogenetic changes of extracellular matrix (ECM) and cell-matrix adhesion resulting from gene mutations remain unclear.
