We studied asymptomatic bacterial inflammations found in urogenital tract where a small number of bacteria was found in urine, and thus therapeutically neglected. We found that the lower the concentration of fructose the greater was the number of bacteria. Our data showed that S. haemolyticas and S. epidermidis are more powerful pathogens that the others. According to the results of the investigated postantibiotic effect low doses of short term chemotherapy were insufficient. Pathophysiologically, asymptomatic bacterial inflammations may have the characteristics of severe urinary tract infections.
