Introduction: Cardiovascular diseases can adversely affect the quality of sexual life and marital satisfaction for both patients and their spouses. The aim of the current study is to determine the effect of couple counseling based on the CHARMS model on sexual quality of life and marital satisfaction of wives of men suffering from myocardial infarction (MI).
Method: This two-group randomized clinical trial study with a parallel design was conducted in 2024 in Urmia, Iran.

The Covid-19 pandemic has sparked renewed attention to the risks of online misinformation, emphasizing its impact on individuals' quality of life through the spread of health-related myths and misconceptions. In this study, we analyze 6 years (2016-2021) of Italian vaccine debate across diverse social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube), encompassing all major news sources-both questionable and reliable. We first use the symbolic transfer entropy analysis of news production time-series to dynamically determine which category of sources, questionable or reliable, causally drives the agenda on vaccines.

The gambler's fallacy is a prevalent cognitive bias in betting behaviors, characterized by the mistaken belief that an independent and identically distributed random process exhibits negative serial correlation. This misconception often arises when individuals observe a series of realized outcomes from the process. We study how varying the quantity of information about the sample of realized outcomes influences individuals' propensity towards the gambler's fallacy in repeated betting.

Introduction: Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is a widespread skin-to-skin transmitted infection that poses a global health concern. Although Albania faced prior challenges, it has recently introduced a quadrivalent recombinant HPV vaccine, a critical step in preventing cervical cancer among young women. This study aims to identify potential gaps in knowledge and attitudes among Albanian women regarding cervical cancer and HPV infection, as well as provide insights into the effectiveness of the national primary prevention program.
