Objective: Endometrial carcinomas with mismatch repair deficiency (MMRd) and no specific molecular profile (NSMP) are considered to have intermediate prognoses. However, potential prognostic differences between these molecular subgroups remain unclear due to the lack of standardized control for clinicopathologic factors. This study aims to evaluate outcomes of MMRd and NSMP endometrial carcinomas across guideline-based clinicopathologic risk groups.

Background: The incidence of multiple pregnancies has increased worldwide recently and women with a twin pregnancy are at higher risk of adverse outcomes compared with women with a singleton pregnancy. It is important to understand the risk factors for adverse fetal outcomes in twin pregnancy in order to guide clinical management.
Aim: To identify the independent risk factors, including maternal personal and family medical histories and first trimester ultrasound screening findings, for adverse fetal outcomes of twin pregnancy before 28 weeks of gestation.

Background: Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is the most common sexually transmitted lower genital tract infection worldwide and the main etiological factor of cervical cancer (CC). Since 2006, vaccines have been implemented to reduce CC-related morbidity and mortality. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the prevalence of cervical infections by non-vaccine high-risk HPV (HR-HPV) types in women vaccinated against types 16 and 18.

There is a paucity of data on the association between second trimester low placentation that later resolves, and PPH. Our objective was to investigate the association of resolved low placentation and other prenatal ultrasound markers, and PPH with delivery.

Objective: We aimed to assess the coverage of a Human Papillomavirus (HPV) screening program for each of the 32 federal states of Mexico, as well as the spatial patterns for HPV infections from 2013 to 2019.
Methods: We conducted an exploratory, ecological study on data from a national health program in Mexico during 2013-2019. Adjusted rates per 100,000 females aged 25-64 years were estimated and georeferenced at the national and state level to assess the coverage of the screening program and positive detections of HPV infections.
