High energy heavy-ion collisions are proposed as a novel means to constrain stringently the high density (HD) behavior of nuclear symmetry energy. Within an isospin-dependent hadronic transport model, it is shown for the first time that the isospin asymmetry of the HD nuclear matter formed in high energy heavy-ion collisions is uniquely determined by the HD behavior of the nuclear symmetry energy. Experimental signatures in two sensitive probes, i.e., pi(-) to pi(+) ratio and neutron-proton differential collective flow, are also investigated.

In this report the photophysical property of newly synthesized fluorescein based derivative 2-(5-((2,4-dichlorophenyl)diazenyl)-6-hydroxy-3-oxo-3H-xanthen-9-yl)benzoic acid has studied by spectroscopic and theoretical that is by Density Functional Theory technique. The structural and functional group of the synthesized molecule was confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy technique, and from the result so far obtained has been confirmed that molecule has a stable structure and confirmed the presence the functional groups present in the sample. The optical properties of the molecule are studied using the spectroscopic technique and it has revealed the solute-solvent interaction behaviour of the molecule and it has been observed that the bathochromic shift was of about 5 nm, from the fluorescence measurement it has revealed that the emission has been observed at green region and from the power spectra it has been confirmed the same.

The purpose of this work was to create and assess Lornoxicam (LOR) loaded Novasomes (Novas) for the efficient treatment of ulcerative colitis. The study was performed using a 2 factorial design to investigate the impact of several formulation variables. Three separate parameters were investigated: Surface Active agent (SAA) type (), LOR concentration (), and SAA: Oleic acid ratio ().

This study investigates the morphology and thermo-mechanical properties of cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) pipes for potential use in high-temperature borehole thermal energy storage systems. Particular attention is given to a novel type of PEX pipe produced through photoinitiated cross-linking (PEX-e). Two formulations, PEX-e1 and PEX-e2, were analyzed and compared to peroxide-cross-linked polyethylene (PEX-a) and non-cross-linked bimodal polyethylene (PE100) pipes.

TWIST1 is aberrantly expressed in ovarian cancer (OC). MFAP2 is a downstream target of TWIST1, and we previously found MFAP2 facilitated OC development by activating FOXM1/β-catenin. We planned to investigate the mechanisms of TWIST1 in OC.

Objectives: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disorder with distinct metabolic alterations in the brain, which are detectable via 18F-FDG PET. This study aims to delineate glucose metabolism patterns and network topology changes across early- and mid-stage PD patients.
Methods: A total of 80 PD patients (Hoehn-Yahr stages 1-3) were retrospectively analyzed, including 40 early-stage and 40 mid-stage cases, along with 40 age-matched healthy controls.
