This study aims to establish the dimensionality and construct validity of the School Development Expectation Scale for use with Year 12 students. The scale is made up of five expectation subscales in the vocational, academic, personal, social and religious development domains. The validation sample comprised 8,310 Year 12 students from 70 schools. Traditional confirmatory factor analysis supported the theory postulated five-factor model. The scale was then calibrated using Rasch rating scale model. Recommendations were made regarding how to further refine the scale.

Background: Health is the cornerstone of individual well-being and a vital factor in socioeconomic development. In an increasingly digitalized world, digital literacy has emerged as one of the indispensable abilities, which not only pertains to an individual's capacity to acquire, analyze, evaluate, and utilize information but also profoundly influences their health behaviours, health decisions, and overall well-being. This paper uses the 2020 China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) data to explore digital literacy's impact on individuals' health.

Air pollution is a critical global environmental issue, further exacerbated by rapid industrialization and urbanization. Accurate prediction of air pollutant concentrations is essential for effective pollution prevention and control measures. The complex nature of pollutant data is influenced by fluctuating meteorological conditions, diverse pollution sources, and propagation processes, underscores the crucial importance of the spatial and temporal feature extraction for accurately predicting air pollutant concentrations.

Constructed wetlands (CWs) with low carbon properties represented an effective approach for treating low-polluted water and improving water quality. Here, a research scheme was proposed to achieve maximum operation benefits of the large-scale CWs through parameter identification, operation simulation, evaluation, and analysis of the water quality process. Based on the two-dimensional water hydrodynamic model coupling with the Eco-Lab water quality module (with nutrients), simulation for Bagong hybrid CWs was successfully conducted.

Two-dimensional layered materials (2DLMs) have received increasing attention for their potential in bioelectronics due to their favorable electrical, optical, and mechanical properties. The transformation of the planar structures of 2DLMs into complex 3D shapes is a key strategic step toward creating conformal biointerfaces with cells and applying them as scaffolds to simultaneously guide their growth to tissues and enable integrated bioelectronic monitoring. Using a strain-engineered self-foldable bilayer, we demonstrate the facile formation of predetermined 3D microstructures of 2DLMs with controllable curvatures, called microrolls.
