Background: The incidence of () infection in patients with cirrhosis has been increasing over recent years, posing certain difficulties in clinical treatment.

Aim: To analyze the clinical features of patients with liver cirrhosis and identify the risk factors to help the early diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.

Methods: Clinical data and laboratory tests were collected from 72 patients with cirrhosis confirmed by secretion or blood culture of infection at Beijing Ditan Hospital, Capital Medical University, between May 2016 and October 2018.

Combination treatments for migraine prophylaxis present a promising approach to addressing the diverse and complex mechanisms underlying migraine. This review explores the potential of combining oral conventional prophylactics, onabotulinumtoxin A, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) targeting the calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) pathway, and small molecule CGRP receptor antagonists (gepants). Among the most promising strategies, dual CGRP inhibition through mAbs and gepants may enhance efficacy by targeting both the CGRP peptide and its receptor, while the combination of onabotulinumtoxin A with CGRP treatments offers synergistic pain relief.

Purpose: To evaluate possible problems during pregnancy or delivery in women with pediatric bladder augmentation.

Methods: Eleven of 59 women, who had undergone bladder augmentation in our pediatric hospital during 1990-2019, had given birth in our hospital district afterwards and their obstetrical records were evaluated.

Results: Median age at first delivery was 32 years (range 26-42).
