[Primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube: state of the problem and a case report].

The cancer of the fallopian tube is one of the most rare malignant diseases of the female genital tract. The authors present a case of a 66-year old women, that was difficult for diagnosis and interpretation of the clinical appearance and the results of biopsic curettage. The discussion of the case is accompanied by a literature review for the last five years concerning diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of this rare disease.
