Water infiltration into soil is important in geotechnical engineering. The classical Green-Ampt (GA) infiltration model is widely used in soil infiltration due to its physical significance, but it ignores the actual unsaturated layer in the infiltration process and has some deficiencies. Thus, the present study established a modified GA infiltration model (MLGA model) using Darcy's infiltration law and continuity equation to fully consider the variation characteristics of the soil water profile in the infiltration process.

Background: Complex atrial tachycardia (AT) is commonly observed in patients with cardiac surgery. High-density mapping is widely adopted for catheter ablation of complex AT in patients with cardiac surgery. Several case reports have described that PentaRay mapping catheter can be trapped in the mechanical valve and sheared off and successful retrieval of the spline by a snare system.

Background: The very-low-voltage (VLV) mode in electrosurgery can stably and deeply energize tissues even if the local electrical resistance changes with energization. Therefore, in electrosurgical hemostasis, the VLV mode is more reliable than other coagulation modes. In clinical practice, the appropriate use of combined saline drip and blood suction under the VLV mode can further enhance coagulation ability.
