A 50-year-old man with psoriatic arthropathy was examined for a painful mass in the left cubital fossa. The clinical findings indicated a tumor or infection. Computed tomographic scanning and bone scintigraphy also raised the possibility of a malignant lesion. Surgical exploration revealed that the mass was a chronically inflamed bicipitoradial bursa adherent to the biceps tendon. This is a rare condition, with only a handful of cases described in the literature. This is the first scintigraphic case reported. The imaging features of the bursa are discussed in terms of the anatomy.

Purpose: Compare the lymphatic flow in the arm after breast cancer surgery and axillary lymph node dissection (ALND) versus sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) using lymphos-cintigraphy (LS).
Patients And Methods: A cross-sectional study with 39 women >18 years who underwent surgical treatment for unilateral breast cancer and manipulation of the axillary lymph node chain through either ALND or SLNB, with subsequent comparison of the lymphatic flow of the arm by LS. The variables analyzed were the area reached by the lymphatic flow in the upper limb and the sites and number of lymph nodes identified in the ALND or SLNB groups visualized in the three phases of LS acquisition (immediate dynamic and static images, delayed scan images).

We assess the usefulness of Tc-pertechnetate hand perfusion scintigraphy in patients with Raynaud's phenomenon (RP). The study population consisted of 18 patients with primary RP, 25 patients with secondary RP within systemic sclerosis (SSc), and ten healthy individuals. Purpose: In previous in-vitro and ex-vivo studies we proved the specific uptake of (99m)Tc radiolabeled chondroitin sulfate (CS) in human articular cartilage. As a logical next step for the clinical use for imaging osteoarthritis we investigated in-vivo uptake of (99m)TcCS in dogs.
Procedures: The radiolabeling of CS Condrosulf (IBSA, Lugano, Switzerland) was performed using 25mg of CS and 20-40MBq/kg body weight of (99m)Tc by means of the tin method.
