Introduction: The purpose of this study was to report the clinical features, computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings, clinical management, and prognoses of 7 patients with Sertoli-Leydig cell tumors (SLCT) of ovary, and to review the literature of this rare condition.

Methods: Seven patients with pathologically confirmed ovarian SLCT were included. Their clinical, CT and MRI characteristics (CT images obtained from 6 patients and MR images from 4 patients), clinical management, and prognoses of 7 patients were retrospectively analyzed.

We report a patient in Automatic Peritoneal Dialysis (APD) with tuberculous peritonitis by possible peritoneal infection due to the proximity between fallopian tube and the left ovary, a peritoneal liquid culture was constantly negative. The patient presented a bad clinic evolution. Her only medical history was hypercalcemia six months before developing a peritonitis and occasionally nausea and vomits To confirm the diagnosis it was needed a peritoneal biopsy by means of a laparoscopy with a removal of the peritoneal catheter and left anexectomy.

Introduction: McCune-Albright syndrome (MAS) is characterized by peripheral precocious puberty, café-au-lait spots, and polyostotic fibrous dysplasia. This syndrome is due to a post-zygotic mutation of the GNAS1 gene with mosaic distribution and unilateral predominance. Clinical manifestations depend on the tissues carrying the mutation.
