Primary cutaneous adenoid cystic carcinoma (PCACC) is a very rare malignant tumor. Here a case of PCACC on the left lower leg with metastasis to the inguinal lymph node. The tumor resection and the inguinal lymph node dissection were performed under general anesthesia, and the defect was covered with free meshed skin graft.

Purpose: The fibula flap serves as the workhorse for many mandibular defect types. For massive defects that include the mandible, floor of the mouth, and tongue, reconstruction might mandate a 2-flap approach. This report describes a systematic yet flexible design of a single composite osseocutaneous fibula flap for such cases.

Adenoid cystic carcinoma is a malignant tumor commonly located in the parotid and submandibular glands. There is no literature to date that discusses its incidence in the lower extremity. This article presents a case of adenoid cystic carcinoma presenting in the leg.

Introduction: Adenoid cystic carcinoma of Bartholin's gland is a very rare disease.
Case Presentation: A 48-year-old premenopausal woman of Caucasian origin was delivered adjuvant pelvic and inguinal radiotherapy after prior complete left Bartholin's gland tumor excision and inguinal lymph node dissection for adenoid cystic carcinoma of Bartholin's gland with one metastatic inguinal lymph node.Two years after primary treatment, she presented to the Emergency Room with acute headache, hypoacousia, decrease in visual acuity, and a decrease in right leg muscle strength.
