Backround: Manual therapy techniques are available for pain management in Multiple Sclerosis (MS); however, the results of neurodynamic mobilization (NM) are not known. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of NM exercises on pain, muscle strength and upper extremity functions in MS patients.
Methods: Patients aged between 18 and 65 years diagnosed with Relapsing Remitting (RR) MS (n = 31) according to McDonald 2010 diagnostic criteria were included in the study.

Background: Patient and clinician expectations of benefit from recommended management approaches may potentially impact the success of managing musculoskeletal conditions.
Methods: This was a multisite study in an advanced practice musculoskeletal service across Queensland, Australia. Relationships between patient and clinician (advanced physiotherapy practitioner) expectations of benefit, patient characteristics, and clinical outcome recorded 6 months later were explored with regression analysis in 619 patients undergoing non-surgical multidisciplinary care for either knee osteoarthritis (n = 286), low back pain (n = 249) or shoulder impingement syndrome (n = 84).

Aims & Objectives: Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a common condition caused by compression of the median nerve, leading to neuropathic pain such as numbness and nocturnal discomfort, thus impacting daily life. Mirogabalin besylate (MGB), a novel gabapentinoid, shows promise for neuropathic pain, but its efficacy in CTS remains unclear.Therefore, this pilot study aimed to evaluate the short-term clinical outcomes of MGB for CTS.

Complications regarding inferior shoulder dislocations (ISD) are predominately rotator cuff injuries, neuropathies, and vascular insults. To our knowledge, there are no studies regarding the delayed appearance of neuropathies with inferior shoulder dislocations. A 32-year-old previously healthy male presented with an inferior shoulder dislocation that required open reduction and internal fixation after failed attempts at closed reductions in the emergency room and operating room.
