Introduction: Aluminum phosphide is a cheap and commonly used rodenticide that is also an effective solid fumigant and frequently used for grain preservation. The pill contains around 44% inert elements (ammonium carbonate) to avoid disintegration of the tablet, while the rest (about 56%) is aluminum phosphide. Because it is freely available on the market, it is one of the commonly used agents for self-poisoning in different parts of the developing world.

Traditionally reflecting critical stenosis of the proximal left anterior descending (LAD) artery, Wellens' syndrome (WS) is an electrocardiogram (ECG) pattern of biphasic or deeply inverted T waves in leads V2 and V3. This critical stenosis can progress to an extensive anterior myocardial infarction (MI) if early and appropriate management is not received promptly. The diagnosis of severe stenosis of the LAD coronary artery can be made by using electrocardiographic changes in Wellens' syndrome.

Background: Intrinsic capacity (IC), as a comprehensive measure of an individual's functional ability, has gained prominence in the framework for healthy aging introduced by the World Health Organization (WHO). As internet usage continues to integrate into daily life, it is imperative to scrutinize the association between internet use and IC to effectively promote healthy aging among the middle-aged and older population.
Objective: This study aimed to investigate whether daily internet use in middle-aged and older adults delays or accelerates the decline in IC.
