Introduction: Three-dimensional (3D) maps are useful for premature ventricular contraction (PVC) ablation. However, positional information changes compared with sinus rhythm when PVCs appear, rendering ablation difficult. We aimed to understand the spatial displacement characteristics of PVC ablation in 3D maps and the therapeutic effect after correction using the LAT-Hybrid function.

The word "rhythmic" was quickly introduced in the vocabulary of the electroencephalographers with the discovery of the alpha rhythm and typical discharges of spike-and-waves at 3 Hz in childhood absence epilepsy, but without any definition until recently. In its last revision (2017), the International Federation of Clinical Neurophysiology proposed a specific definition. The word "rhythmic" is "applied to regular waves occurring at a constant period and of relatively uniform morphology.

Background: In acute coronary syndrome, ST-segment elevation in lead aVR (STE-aVR) indicates global myocardial ischemia, often related to multivessel or severe left main disease, and correlates with increased mortality. The prevalence and prognostic significance of STE-aVR in cardiac arrest (CA) patients is unknown.
Methods: We identified patients (≥18 years) with CA between 2011 to 2022 who achieved return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC).

Background: Circadian rhythm disruption (CRD) affects the expression levels of a range of biological clock genes, such as brain and muscle ARNT-Like-1 (BMAL1), which is considered to be an important factor in triggering or exacerbating inflammatory response. However, the underlying effect of CRD on the pathogenesis of apical periodontitis, a common oral inflammatory disease, currently remains unknown. Exploring the effects and pathogenic mechanisms of CRD on apical periodontitis will be beneficial in providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of apical periodontitis.

Disturbance in sleep and activity rhythms are significant health risks associated with alcohol use during adolescence. Many investigators support the theory of a reciprocal relationship between disrupted circadian rhythms, sleep patterns, and alcohol usage. However, in human studies it is difficult to disentangle other factors (i.
