Background: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a highly malignant and aggressive gastrointestinal tumor. Due to its weak immunogenicity and limited immune, cell infiltration lead to ineffective clinical outcomes. Therefore, to improve the current prophylaxis and treatment scheme, offering a favorable strategy efficient against CRC is urgently needed.

Efforts to control TB are hampered by the lengthy and cumbersome treatment required to eradicate the infection. Bacterial persistence during exposure to bactericidal antibiotics is at least partially mediated by the bacterial stringent response enzyme, Rel .

Chronic inflammatory diseases show significant heterogeneity in their phenotypes, with diverse immune cells and mediators interacting in response to various stimuli. This review proposes the concept of the 'inflammazone' framework - which maps the distribution of immune components driving disease pathogenesis - using sarcoidosis and psoriasis as examples. Sarcoidosis features granulomatous inflammation with macrophages and CD4 T cells, which can spread to lymph nodes and other organs.

This study investigates simple acetylenes substituted with phenylurea as a constant H-bonding unit (Alk-R) and varied hydrophobic units (R = H, Phenyl (Ph), Phenylacetylene (PA), Ph-NMe2) to understand self-assembly properties driven by synergistic non-covalent interactions. Our observations reveal hierarchical self-assembled fibrillar networks with luminescent needles, fibers, and flowers on nano- to micro-meter scales. Subtle changes in substituents led to significant differences: H, Ph, PA, and Ph-NMe2 produced needle-like crystals, dendritic nanofibers, microflakes, and no self-assembly, respectively.

Achieving stable Zn anodes is essential for advancing high-performance Zn metal batteries. Here, we propose a Sabatier principle inspired bifunctional transition-metal (TM) interface to enable homogeneous Zn dissolution during discharging and dendrite-free Zn deposition during charging. Among various TM-coated Zn (TM@Zn) electrodes, Cu@Zn exhibits the highest reversibility and structural stability, attributed to the optimal interaction between Cu and Zn.
