Background: Intensive rehabilitation through challenging and individualized tasks are recommended to enhance upper limb recovery after stroke. Robot-assisted therapy (RAT) and serious games could be used to enhance functional recovery by providing simultaneous motor and cognitive rehabilitation.
Objective: The aim of this study is to clinically validate the dynamic difficulty adjustment (DDA) mechanism of ROBiGAME, a robot serious game designed for simultaneous rehabilitation of motor impairments and hemispatial neglect.

Rationale: Psilocybin shows promise for treating neuropsychiatric disorders. However, insight into its acute effects on cognition is lacking. Given the significant role of executive functions in daily life and treatment efficacy, it is crucial to evaluate how psilocybin influences these cognitive domains.

Background: While much of the evidence linking the rapid urbanization and the increasing prevalence of allergen sensitization, but little is known regarding rural-to-urban migrants. The aim of this study was to identify the disparities in allergy, the gut microbiome and factors among native urban, migrating, and native rural Chinese.
Methods: We redesigned the dataset of the China Alliance of Research on Respiratory Allergic Disease secondary survey, and after stratified sampling, a subsample of 2422 subjects were enrolled for the analysis of a questionnaire, skin prick tests (SPT), and specific immunoglobulin E (sIgE) titer measurements against 8 common allergens.

Aim: Both clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) are conditions closely associated with advancing age. This study delves into the possible implications and prognostic significance of CHIP and T2DM in patients diagnosed with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).
Methods: Deep-targeted sequencing employing a unique molecular identifier (UMI) for the analysis of 42 CHIP mutations-achieving an impressive mean depth of coverage at 1000 × -was conducted on a cohort of 1430 patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction (473 patients with T2DM and 930 non-DM subjects).

Background: Insulin resistance (IR) is a central pathophysiological factor in metabolic syndrome (MetS) and an essential driver of cardiovascular disease (CVD) and mortality. The estimated glucose disposal rate (eGDR) is a reliable marker of IR and has been associated with CVD prognosis. This study aims to examine the relationship between eGDR, MetS, and their predictive roles in clinical outcomes.
